About Our Inspector
Licensed Inspector, Eric Smith, has been inspecting homes full time since 2013, inspecting an average of 400 homes each year. (He has personally inspected over 3500 homes!) Prior to inspecting, he served over 25 years in the home construction and repair industry - including 18 years as a plumber, several years in construction, heating and air, window/siding installation and many other capacities. (He has even helped to construct two of ABC's "Extreme Home Makeover" homes, right here in Louisville!) Our clients love him because he is friendly, knowledgeable and professional!
